Return & Refund policy

At ILA PERFUME HOUSE, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality perfumes, attars, and fragrance products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging ( only for damaged items)
  • Unboxing video or photo proof is provided (recommended for damaged items)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Attars or fragrances that have been tested or used
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Step 1

Contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Reason for return

Step 2

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–5 business days.

Step 3

If approved, return instructions will be shared.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.


5. Replacement Policy

If a product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We may provide:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

depending on product availability and case review.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


7. Shipping Responsibility

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  • Wrong product was sent
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Packaging defect occurred during delivery

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Product is used or tampered with
  • Return request is made after allowed time
  • Proof of issue is not provided
  • Product is returned without original packaging
